I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. Graduated from Centennial High School in 1992 and went on to become a Talking Bronco at Boise State University. During my time at BSU I was a member of the Speech and Debate team. I had the privilege of traveling all over the United States and competing against some of the most amazing colleges and universities. I have my BA in Communication Secondary Education with a minor in Theater Arts. After graduating from BSU I began teaching at my Alma Mater, Centennial High School. I taught Theater, Speech and Student Leadership there for 15 years. In 2013, an opportunity to teach Theater Arts, Speech and Student Leadership opened up and I was ready for the challenge and to make a change. This is my seventh year at Capital and I love the kids and enjoy working with the best teachers in the state of Idaho.
